There is no one more knowledgeable and helpful than Jacob! He fixed the band on one of my favorite watches in a matter of days, and was very communicative on when I could pick it up. If you are in the Newport or SoCal area, this should be your one stop shop for any Jewelry needs.

This was a very positive experience! Jacob was very friendly and happy to provide service. I took in a delicate necklace that needed a repair, and he happily offered to fix and have it ready in a couple days. He was very communicative, efficient with the repair, reasonably priced, and had a warm personality. I would highly recommend, and I would go back! I’ve had poor experiences in the past with another local jeweler, with a far larger street presence and name recognition, and it proved to not be worth the price, nor did I feel like I could trust their work! Since then, I have been looking for a new family jeweler. Jacob’s small shop seems like a perfect alternative to the big business jewelers. I think that I may have found our new spot!
